Why Zoom recordings work as content
Short form content works best when it feels real and unscripted. A Zoom recording is exactly that. It is you talking naturally about something you know well, to a real person, in a real conversation.
That is harder to fake than most people realize and easier to repurpose than most people think.
Step 1: Get your meeting recorded
Let Prodshort record your meetings for you
Inside your dashboard, click “Schedule Meeting” in the top right corner. Fill in your meeting name, Select Zoom under platform types, paste your Zoom link and set the time.
The bot joins automatically when the meeting starts and records the entire call. If the meeting is happening right now, click Join Now instead so it joins immediately.
When the call ends, the recording goes straight to your dashboard. You will also get an email notification so you know it is ready.
Step 2: Review your auto-generated clips
Immediately after your call, you’ll find your recordings in Recorded Calls with clips ProdShort already pulled from the strongest identified moments, Key insights, Quotable lines, High energy exchanges without you having to rewatch anything.
Step 3: Create more clips
The auto-generated clips are a starting point. Click on Create More to pull additional moments from different parts of the recording.

Step 4: Edit until it looks right
Open any clip and go to the Style Editor.
Switch between grid view and single speaker view, Set the speaker order, Enable captions, Change the font, colour, backgroun, and position so everything looks on brand.

Step 5: Write your post copy
ProdShort generates post text for LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram based on what was said in the clip. Use it, edit it or write your own.
Check the Captions tab before you export. AI transcription is accurate but a quick skim catches anything that needs fixing.
Step 6: Post or schedule
Save the clip, then either export it and post manually or connect your social accounts inside ProdShort and post directly or schedule for later without leaving the dashboard.
